Like latest. It has been used but no flaws, damages, and/or imperfections, only slightly dusty due to the environment it was in. The plastic protection along the sides of on the screen are still on it from initial packaging; it might seem ugly in photos, but, once easily removed, the tv is practically brand new.

Cable is fine, no wear and tear.

TV turns on and works as normal.
