Comes with a brand new valve installed and 5x additional replacement flints (12mm. x 2.2mm. each). It is the maximum allowable length that can be put in these Bics. It'll last a very long time as long as you're capable of replacing the flints. Each flint averages 3-5 refills depending on how it's used.
